Pre-history to 17th Century Historical Resources
This site is a must if you want to study the pre-Norman Vikings. The"Heimskringla", or "The Lives of the Norse Kings", was originally written in old Norse by Snorre Sturlason (1178-1241). Copies of the book are rather rare and tend to be expensive. This on-line version is great. | |
