ROCK FALLS, IOWA

Keith W. Dunton, 79, of 109 Calias Ct., Naples, Fla., died Thursday (Nov. 16, 1995) at a Naples Hospital following a short illness

The body was cremated and funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, at the Old Stone United Methodist Church, Rock Falls, Iowa. Inurnment will follow at the Rock Falls Cemetery.

Keith Dunton was born Jan. 26, 1916 in Poweshiek County, Iowa, son of Delbert and Olive Dunton.

The family moved to North Iowa where he attended rural schools and graduated from the Rock Falls High School. 

He married Dorothy Thomason on March 28, 1937 at Brooklyn, Iowa.

He owned a business in Meservey and later Des Moines and following retirement, moved to Naples, Fla.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of Naples; a son, Gary and his wife, Melva Dunton of Dexter, Iowa; a daughter, Deanna and her husband, Marlin Daar of Johnston, Iowa; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Motland of Nora Springs, and Mary Hansen of Rock Falls.
